Amodimethicone/Polycaprylylsilsesquioxane is a siloxane polymer that is made by hydrolysis and condensation of Triethoxycaprylylsilane (q.v.) with a variant of Amodimethicone (q.v.) where the methyl groups on the silicon atoms with the amine substituents have been replaced by methoxy groups.
