POLYUREA CROSSPOLYMER-10
POLYUREA CROSSPOLYMER-10 is a cosmetic ingredient name. FILM FORMING.
Chemical description
Polyurea Crosspolymer-10 is a complex polymer that is made by combining an oil phase (the ingredient to be encapsulated) with a mixture of Polymethylene Polyphenylisocyanate, Sorbitol Polyglycidyl Ether, and Glycidoxypropyl Trimethoxysilane. The oil phase is dispersed into an aqueous phase containing Hydrolyzed Pea Protein, Lysine HCl, Beta-Alanine, and Zea Mays (Corn) Starch. The temperature is increased to bring about polymerization and crosslinking of the starting materials to form the polyurea at the oil/water interface of the dispersion.
