An older clinical study examined rice starch added to bath water on skin irritated with sodium lauryl sulfate and in people with atopic dermatitis. That result belongs to a bath use with its own exposure and formulation; it does not show that any cream or powder containing Oryza Sativa Starch treats irritation, dermatitis, or another skin condition.
